It is tough for me to talk about Love without getting extraordinarily "spiritual" so I won't even try! I feel that Love is not just an emotion, it's a real energy that somehow interlinks us all at a deeper level. Now, you can agree with me or not but I do invite you to check this out before you think I could be a total quack. Get your companion to lie down ; face up or face down, it is of no importance. Think about the incontrovertible fact that before you lays another Soul who, like you, is pacing their way thru life, regularly suffering, sporadically feeling happy, learning all of the time, attempting to better themselves, trying to overcome the issues that puberty and education might have encouraged. Everyone's frail, we're all wanting love and comradeship and proximity.

Additionally, in every individual there is a Divine spark, something simply amazing that will express itself during any creative process. Permit the love for your mate to flow. Pardon them for the minor irritations or annoyances they incite in you every now and then, and recognise that you yourself constantly spur the same sort of irritation or disgruntlement in your better half.

It's not all about love making. When your heart is open and you are feeling the love flowing, place your hands on you partner's body and permit them to rest. Listen. Be conscious of the messages their body is sending. Permit your hands to move where your instinct advocates. Don't think. Don't massage. Just rest your hands and feel. Apply pressure according to what you're feeling is right, or "wash" your mate's body with sweeping movements ( often they are going from the centre of the body toward the outlying regions ). When you are feeling you are done, lie down next to your companion and wait for them to come out of the relaxation. Talk of the sorts of sensations you had and how you feel toward one another, and what's changed since before the exercise.

If you're not in a stable relationship I recommend that you Love anyhow. How is that possible? It's possible because all Souls are worthy of Love and you should work on yourself until that gets clear to you. "Bad" people are actually only people that are suffering, and if they are suffering it's doubtless due to something or things which were inflicted on them during their lives by others - victims making other victims. We're all like that to a certain degree.

True unconditional Love can be life changing, and if you are a great enough person to be in a position to deliver that, then there's no methodology that will match what your lover will receive and give you back ten times. With issues of ethicality apart, it's definitely feasible to love greatly in a "one night stand". Love should not be enviously hoarded as if it were some finite energy. The truth of the matter is the more Love you give, the more Love you've got to give! So why can't you Love an individual you hardly know and nourish them with a life changing energy if you've got the possibility, particularly realising this can pretty much instantly connect you to your better half and make the whole event noteworthy?

Adopt Loving behaviour and she'll pull out all the stops and give herself to you totally. The "L word" comes in a three-some with other two words, the "H word" and the "R word" - Honesty and Respect. If you adopt Loving behavior with the individual that lies before you and treat them with Truth and Respect, you can almost not get this wrong! You'll do no damage, but create a substantial number of pleasing and emotionally nutritive circumstances which will generally make you become a pleasanter person.
