For those of you who have been able to incorporate meat-free lifestyles and do it well, I commend you. It's not easy to surrender the convenience and physical benefits of meat but it seems like these people have led healthier lives because of it. A lot of people from the outside looking in may feel as though this lifestyle is difficult to take on but it's not so true.
